Reservation Policy:

Reservations must be secured by the required deposit within 48 hours of confirmation of the booking. Reservations need to be cancelled 30 days in advance to receive a refund.

Except where specifically included a 10% gratuity and 10% accommodation tax are added to all room rates.
Refunds are made only when written notice is received by the hotel no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are applied to any cancelled or altered nights of the confirmed reservation.
